Thank you for your interest in our Winter Work program. Regional Care Services Corporation (RCSC) offers winter employment for RNs and LPNs. A winter sign-on bonus will be paid dependant upon the duration of employment. RCSC does not offer benefits to winter employees, except those mandated by the government. ( Social Security, worker's comp, etc.)
To apply for the Winter Work program, you will need to submit both a Winter Work application and a regular job application.
