CGRMC Recognized for Service Quality
Casa Grande Regional Medical Center (CGRMC) recently received a national award from Avatar International Inc. The award, “Exceeding Patient Expectations in Service Quality for 2005” is based on the results of the hospital’s 2005 patient surveys. This is the fourth year in a row that CGRMC has received this prestigious national award.
In accepting this award, J. Marty Dernier, CEO and President of Casa Grande Regional Medical Center said, “We are extremely pleased to be named in this category. In 2005, we served over 35,000 patients in the Emergency Room, an increase of more than 3,500 from 2004. Our inpatient numbers also increased 11 percent from the previous year. As our community continues its rapid growth, it is good to know that the area was well served. The fact that we continue to receive these awards means that our staff is working hard on behalf of our patients.”
