Emergency Department CampaignExpansion Costs
 Our Emergency Department is over 20 years old and presently functioning at 150% of capacity with older technology. To correct this and bring the practice of emergency medicine into the 21st Century, we must expend $10 million, as follows, over the next few years:

In addition to the $6 million of direct CGRMC support,
the hospital plans to raise $4 million as follows: |

| $1,000,000 | | Capital campaign contributions from the CGRMC area "family" of interest (including staff, Foundation and Hospital Board members) | |

| $1,500,000 | | Community portion of community campaign | |

It is estimated that it will take 2-3 years to complete this entire project and pledges are being accepted over a period of up to 60 months. Once completed, the new ED will occupy approximately 24,000 square feet and be capable of serving at least 60,000 patients annually with new technology, advanced security and greater privacy, all while maintaining our commitment to patient care in a friendly and professional environment.
