Emergency Campaign Raises $3.25 Million
Current pledges to the Emergency Department Expansion Campaign have reached $3,249,500. The Ak-Chin Indian Community has pledged $625,000 which when added to the $1 million pledge from the Gila River Indian Community brings our two lead gifts to $1,625,000 which is 41% of our $4 million goal. We are very grateful to our neighbors at Gila River and Ak-Chin Indian Communities for giving us the needed momentum to help us in our quest to raise $4 million. With these two lead gifts, we should definitely attain our goal.
Additionally, Physicians are making significant pledges to the Campaign. Although we are in the early stages of the physician campaign, pledges of more than $300,000 have been made thus far. Dr. Nadeem Kazi has taken a leadership role in the “Physician Campaign” and he and Mrs. Kazi hosted a lovely kick-off dinner at their home. CGRMC Foundation is grateful to Dr. and Mrs. Kazi and all the physicians who are supporting the Emergency Department Expansion.
